TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RoadLogics reserves the right to decline an order at its discretion and to discontinue access to its
services at any time without prior notice.
Delivery Specifications
Car: Maximum weight of up to 150 pounds; maximum dimensions: 21L x 21W x 16H
inches.
Mini Van: Maximum weight of up to 350 pounds; maximum dimensions: 80L x 36W
x 36H
inches.
Cargo Van: Maximum weight of up to 1,000 pounds; maximum dimensions: 100L x
50W x
45H inches.
RoadLogics reserves the right to decline delivery orders that exceed these specifications.
Additionally,
all delivery items must comply with local, provincial, federal, or international laws.
RoadLogics will not transport illegal items, dangerous goods, hazardous materials, firearms,
live animals, or any other prohibited materials. If deemed necessary, RoadLogics reserves
the
right to contact
the appropriate authorities regarding questionable packages.
Eligibility and Order Confirmation
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to create a valid delivery order. All orders must adhere
to
the guidelines outlined on the RoadLogics website or through prior agreed arrangements made
directly
with RoadLogics.
No shipment will be initiated without prior confirmation from RoadLogics via notification in
the
order form or a mutually recognized means of confirmation. RoadLogics is not liable for
unconfirmed deliveries, financially or otherwise.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
CRoadLogics does not provide temperature-controlled services. Items requiring heat or cold
protection
will be transported at the shipper’s risk, and RoadLogics accepts no liability for damages
caused by
exposure to extreme temperatures.
Packaging Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure products are properly packaged for transport.
RoadLogics
does not accept liability for damages caused by insufficient or poor packaging. RoadLogics
reserves
the right to refuse delivery of improperly packaged items and is not obligated to meet delivery
timelines for such packages. Refunds will not be provided in these instances.
Package Inspection
RoadLogics reserves the right to inspect any package to verify compliance with these terms.
Inspections may include opening packages to confirm their contents.
Order Cancellation
RoadLogics may cancel orders at any time. In such cases, RoadLogics will issue a refund to the
client. If a client cancels an order after a driver has been dispatched or while the delivery is
in
progress, the client will remain responsible for payment of the order. Any subsequent
re-delivery
requests will require a new order and payment.
Multiple Shipments
In cases of multi-piece shipments, all items will be billed as a single shipment. Shipment
details
will be visible on the order form and accessible via the client’s dashboard on the RoadLogics
platform.
Driver Waiting Time
Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at pickup or delivery locations unless otherwise agreed
in
advance. RoadLogics will attempt to contact the client or delivery destination. If no contact is
made, additional charges may apply.
Insurance
Optional insurance coverage is available for all deliveries. For more information, please contact
your RoadLogics account manager.
Accurate Delivery Information
Clients must provide accurate delivery details. RoadLogics is not liable for delays or additional
costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Delivery Redirection
RoadLogics may redirect deliveries at its discretion, subject to additional fees. Requests to
redirect deliveries must be made prior to driver dispatch, and RoadLogics reserves the right to
refuse any redirection request.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed, RoadLogics will notify the client regarding the circumstances.
If
the failure is due to the client’s actions, additional fees will apply for re-delivery. If the
failure is deemed the fault of RoadLogics, re-delivery will be attempted at no cost.
Driver Information
For safety and transparency, RoadLogics provides clients with the name and photograph of the
assigned
driver via email prior to delivery.
Loading Responsibilities
RoadLogics drivers are not responsible for additional manpower or equipment needed to load or
unload
packages. Clients are required to ensure the necessary resources are available at the pickup or
delivery location.
Refund Policy
Refunds for delivery failures are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors influencing refunds
may
include order processing errors, client unavailability, extreme weather, or other unforeseen
circumstances outlined in these terms.
Payment Terms
The method of payment must be agreed upon prior to driver dispatch. Any alternative payment
arrangements must be confirmed with RoadLogics in advance.
Delivery Standards and Liability
RoadLogics guarantees on-time delivery, barring circumstances beyond its control (e.g., severe
weather or natural disasters). If RoadLogics fails to meet its delivery standards, a credit may
be
applied to the client’s next order, provided all other terms have been met.
Document Delivery
For important documents, it is the client’s responsibility to retain a copy or scan before
shipment.
Liability for each package is limited to $100 unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims
can
be made by completing the appropriate forms available during the order process.
